Let me just say how AMAZING my Swedish massage was with Gina. I walked away feeling so refreshed and I love her technique. It was my first time getting a facial and Rayeann consulted with me on what I was looking for (hydration) not only does my face feel 100xs better but it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep a few times! Highly recommend Salon 297 for anyone looking to melt all their stresses away.

I always look forward to my time at Salon 297. Everything they offer puts you in the ultimate relaxation mode. I love enjoying a nice cup of hot tea while I have my hair done, and my hair stylist Rachel is the best. I have tried a lot of what they have to offer, including manicures and massages, and I have never been disappointed. They also offer an extensive line of Aveda hair/body products that are made with all natural ingredients and smell wonderful. Come to Salon 297 if you not only want your hair done but also want to feel your worries melt away.

I had my first Ashiatsu massage with Karen. She made the experience fantastic. My body is plagued with muscle aches and tightness. This technique was just what I needed to work through my muscles. Karen educated me ahead of time, was professional throughout the entire 90 minutes checking my comfort level each zone. This won’t be the last!

A friend recently told me that my hair looked so good - and I thanked her and gave credit to my stylist. She then said she could see why I make the drive from Rockford to get my hair done. Salon 297 is the best, and I’ve been a client there for years. I didn’t let my fairly recent move to Rockford keep me from a place that provides excellent salon services across the board. To me, the drive is worth it.

The service here is absolutely amazing! My husband booked me a The Experience Spa package and it was absolutely amazing. Erik did my 60 min massage- he was so good and checked in with me every step of the way to ensure I was comfortable. He was so kind and did an absolute amazing job on my massage. My body felt so loose and relaxed afterwards. I will definitely be returning to him soon. Macey performed my 60 min facial- literally the best facial experience I’ve had. She took her time and I truly felt like a priority. My skin felt absolutely amazing and rejuvenated after she was done. She checked in and made sure I was doing well throughout the whole experience. Amanda Green - performed my pedicure and was literally so sweet. She took her time with my soak off. And went above and beyond with taking care of feet and legs. She massaged and exfoliated my feet and legs so well. I felt so taken care of. Her words of endearment literally made me feel like I was her bestie for the day. I loved my toes afterwards as well. Kelsey- performed my manicure. And did such an amazing job. I also felt like I was her bestie for the day with all of the good convos we had. Honestly, this was the best cuticle job I ever had. My nails looked so good after. And the hand massage she provided was so good as well. I’ve been to this spa in the past for waxes by Rayeann. She does such an amazing job as well as is so kind and sweet. She does wonderful wax work and literally takes her time and ensures that I’m comfortable and we always have such good convos to help keep my mind off of the waxing. This was overall the best spa experience for it to be my first one. I will definitely return for more services in the future. I literally do not have one complaint! I have experienced wonderful services from the team listed above. Try them out ❤️
